S58 Swap

2000

Run an S58 engine standalone in any chassis — guided, single VIN.

S58 swap with the ECU running in standalone mode, built on the same proven swap technology as the B58 solution and extended for the S58 high-performance engine. Available for G-series vehicles with the S58 ECU.

General instructions

  1. 1.Make sure the car starts and can move forward/backward. The entire ENGINE HARNESS must remain stock (everything to the DME except the A368*1B connector). Do not hard-wire pumps to full speed or any custom wiring modifications of that sort.
  2. 2.Purchase the S58 Swap solution — the single-VIN engine license and Logging are included.
  3. 3.Follow the email instructions to activate your 1769Flash license. After activation, connect to the car and press the "Identify" button.
  4. 4.Go through the initial installation. You will see a window which lets you choose OTS maps, transmission type, and custom code options. Standalone base patches are included and applied automatically during the initial installation. Afterwards, you can read/write the calibration area (if our OTS maps don't fit your needs) and log your car.

Do NOT enable additional features unless your hardware is wired exactly per instructions. Incorrect use may damage the ECU and/or engine.

What's included

  • Standalone patch for the swap VIN
  • Single-VIN engine flashing license (code + calibration read/write)
  • Logging (fast PID + RAM logging)
