With Remote tuning
The Remote tuning add-on unlocks manual interface addressing in the desktop app: the interface box becomes editable, you enter the remote car's interface address (IP:port), and the app talks to it over the network link you've set up between you and the customer. You identify, flash and verify from your own screen — the same workflow as a car in the driveway.

How it works
Customer plugs in
Their interface (ENET/ICOM) connects the car to their network as usual.
Link up
Set up the network path between you and the customer, and type the interface's address (IP:port) into the app.
You work
Identify, flash, verify — exactly as if the car were beside you.
